EVERYTHING AT A GLANCE

FP-01 combines slow-digesting grains like precooked maize and sorghum with plant-based protein and fibre to provide gradual energy release. Added vitamins and minerals help support immune function, metabolism, and daily nutrient requirements. Gut-supporting ingredients and fibre assist digestion, while the balanced macronutrient profile helps control hunger and maintain energy levels throughout the day.

OUR STORY

XPN Nutrition was born from a simple but powerful belief: every family deserves clean, trusted, scientifically sound nutrition that truly works—no matter their age, stage, or lifestyle.

The idea took shape when Deon van Rensburg, a pharmacist with a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics and a former professional rugby player for the Lions, joined forces with Henco Ingram, a driven athlete who continues to compete at the highest levels of Hyrox, Deadly Dozen, and Warrior races. Two very different journeys, one shared vision: to redefine what family nutrition should look like.
